Nowra/Bomaderry run social competitions and training for adults and juniors at the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre - Bomaderry.
Our Social League seasons run 4 times per year during school terms.
Nowra Training
Free Training is currently run on Mondays during the school Term from 4:30pm to 6:00pm for beginner and intermediate players.
Nowra Adult Social League
Adult Social League also runs on Thursday nights from 6pm and is catered to adult-aged participants along with senior-aged students.
